Phil’s book, BOY, illustrated by Shane Devries and published by Scholastic Press, has been selected in the 2021 IBBY Selection of Outstanding Books for Young Peoplewith Disabilities.The 2021 Outstanding List will be presented at the IBBY press conference at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair on June 14, 2021. The organisers received 194 submissions from 31 countries in 24 languages. From these, 40 titles from 27 countries in 21 languages were selected.
